RETURNS PROCESS
You are eligible to initiate a return of full-priced merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order.
To lodge a return click here, please allow 24–48 hours for your return to be approved. Once your return has been submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be issued for Australian and US customers only, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund. Customers outside of Australia and the US will be required to ship their return via their local postal service. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore if you wish to return your order for any reason, we are happy to issue you with your choice of the below:
- Exchange
- Refund - incurs AUD $20.00 processing fee
- 110% Store Credit
All sale purchases are final and not eligible for return.
Please note all store credits have no expiry date. Exchange orders will be dispatched once we have received the return.
Shipping costs, as well as duties and taxes, are not refunded on change of mind returns.
To ensure your return is accepted, please refer to our return policy below. The items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odour.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you have received a faulty item, please submit your request through our returns portal with supporting imagery and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Please note that faulty items do not include those that have already been worn. Please be aware that items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, improper use, failure to follow care instructions, or misuse will not be deemed faulty. Additionally, any item returned more than 2 weeks after the purchase date falls outside our standard warranty period but may still be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
This does not include items listed as 'faulty' as part of our exclusive sale. These are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Our garments include clear care tags with detailed cleaning instructions, and we highly recommend following them to preserve the quality and longevity of your item. Arcina Ori is not responsible for any damage caused by the dry cleaning company you choose.
SALE RETURN POLICY
Arcina Ori sale products are only available for a limited time and are priced to clear.
Change of Mind Returns Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds if you simply change your mind about your purchase.
Your Consumer Guarantee Rights Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by our sale terms. If a sale item is faulty, not as described, unsafe, or does not perform as expected, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Arcina Ori will offer to repair, replace, or refund the amount you paid for the item, depending on the nature of the issue.
Faulty Items If you have any concerns about your order or have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Care team with your order details and photos (if applicable), and we will assist you as soon as possible.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES
All our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, cancellations or changes cannot be made.
