RETURNS PROCESS

You are eligible to initiate a return of full-priced merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order. 

To lodge a return click here, please allow 24-48 hours for your return to be approved. Return costs are at your expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. We recommend using a tracking service to ensure it reaches us safely.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore if you wish to return your order for any reason, we are happy to issue you with your choice of the below:

  • Exchange
  • Refund - incurs AUD $20.00 processing fee
  • 110% Store Credit

Please note all store credits have no expiry date. All sale purchases are final and not eligible for return.

To ensure your return is accepted, please refer to our return policy below. The items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odor.  

Please note Arcina Ori is not liable for any return costs or providing customers with return labels.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you have received a faulty item, please email us within 7 days of receiving at hello@arcinaori.com.au with supporting imagery and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Please note that faulty items do not include those that have already been worn. Please be aware that items damaged due to normal wear and tear, accidents, improper use, failure to follow care instructions, or misuse will not be deemed faulty. Additionally, any item returned more than 2 weeks after the purchase date falls outside our standard warranty period but may still be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

This does not include items listed as 'faulty' as part of our exclusive sale. These are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Our garments include clear care tags with detailed cleaning instructions, and we highly recommend following them to preserve the quality and longevity of your item. Arcina Ori is not responsible for any damage caused by the dry cleaning company you choose.

SALE ITEMS

Please note that all items purchased on sale are eligible for exchange only. We do not offer refunds or online credits for sale items. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please lodge your return in our portal within the exchange period. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, cancellations or changes cannot be made.
