Eligible Suburbs:
Same-day delivery is available for customers within 25km of Redfern, NSW. If your postcode is eligible, same-day delivery will appear as an option at checkout.
Pricing:
$15 flat rate for all same-day deliveries within 25km.
How It Works:
- Orders must be placed before 11am Monday to Friday
- Your order will be delivered by 5pm the same day
- Orders placed after 11am on weekdays, over the weekend, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day
- Same-day delivery operates Monday to Friday only
- Pre-order items are not eligible for same-day delivery
- No minimum spend required
Our products are shipped from Australia. We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, meaning all applicable import taxes and duties are calculated and paid upfront during checkout based on your shipping address.
This means:
- No unexpected charges or fees when your order arrives
- All customs duties and taxes are included in your order total
- You'll see the final price (including duties and taxes) before completing your purchase
Please note:
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns
- If you refuse delivery or your package is returned to us, duties and taxes will not be refunded
- International customers may contact their local customs office to request a refund of duties and taxes
Exception: US customers have duties and taxes included as part of our DDP model.
Pre-order items ship separately from in-stock items. Estimated dispatch dates are provided on the product page. Pre-order items are not eligible for same-day delivery.
Once your order is placed, it enters our fulfilment process immediately and cannot be cancelled or modified. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
