DUTIES & TAXES

Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination and itemised on the order summary page. Your total, including any applicable duties and taxes, is collected in full at the time of purchase, so there are no surprises or hidden fees when your order arrives at your destination.

Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns, and if you refuse delivery or your package is returned to us, duties and taxes will not be refunded.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. During busy or promotional periods there may be delays on the dispatch of your order. Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address, as a signature may be requested upon delivery.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On rare occasions, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. For rural or remote areas there may be further delays to our delivery timeframes. For international orders, your order may also be delayed in customs; if there are any requirements needed for customs clearance, the shipping carrier will contact you directly. SYDNEY SAME-DAY DELIVERY

Same-day delivery is available for customers within 40km of Redfern, NSW. If your postcode is eligible, same-day delivery will appear as an option at checkout.

Pricing: Same day delivery prices start at $15 and are subject to your postcode, with the exact cost calculated at checkout.

How it works:

• Orders must be placed before 11am Monday to Friday
• Your order will be delivered by 5pm the same day
• Orders placed after 11am on weekdays, over the weekend, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day
• Same-day delivery operates Monday to Friday only
• Pre-order items are not eligible for same-day delivery
• No minimum spend required

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can track your order via your shipping confirmation email. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team at hello@arcinaori.com.au.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once your order is placed, it enters our fulfilment process immediately and cannot be cancelled or modified. If you have an urgent concern, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@arcinaori.com.au as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee we can stop your order once it's in our system, we will do our best to assist if it has not yet been dispatched.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. The estimated dispatch date will be specified on the product page, and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped. Pre-order items are not eligible for same-day delivery.

For orders that contain an in-stock item alongside a pre-order item, your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item straight away. No additional postage will be charged in these circumstances.
