SYDNEY SAME-DAY DELIVERY


Eligible Suburbs:
Same-day delivery is available for customers within 25km of Redfern, NSW. If your postcode is eligible, same-day delivery will appear as an option at checkout.

Pricing:
$15 flat rate for all same-day deliveries within 50km.

How It Works:

  • Orders must be placed before 11am Monday to Friday
  • Your order will be delivered by 5pm the same day
  • Orders placed after 11am on weekdays, over the weekend, or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day
  • Same-day delivery operates Monday to Friday only
  • Pre-order items are not eligible for same-day delivery
  • No minimum spend required

DUTIES & TAXES

We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, meaning there are never any surprise charges when your order arrives. How this works depends on your location:

Australia, US, UK & Europe
Duties, taxes and shipping are included in the product price you see. What you see is what you pay.

Europe includes: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Åland Islands, Andorra, French Southern Territories, Kosovo, Mayotte, Monaco, Montenegro, Réunion, San Marino, Vatican City.

Canada
All Canada orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means duties and taxes are not included in the price paid at checkout. If any import charges apply, UPS will contact you directly to collect these prior to delivery.

All other destinations
Your product price, shipping, duties and taxes are calculated and itemised at checkout based on your delivery address. Your total is collected in full before your order is dispatched.

In both cases, nothing will be charged on delivery by your local customs.

Please note:

  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns
  • If you refuse delivery or your package is returned to us, duties and taxes will not be refunded

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order items ship separately from in-stock items. Estimated dispatch dates are provided on the product page. Pre-order items are not eligible for same-day delivery.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Once your order is placed, it enters our fulfilment process immediately and cannot be cancelled or modified. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
